Every October our ovens turn to Pan de Muerto: a rich, buttery bread scented with orange blossom, shaped by hand and finished in sugar. It is baked fresh daily through Día de Muertos and sold at all three bakeries while the season lasts.
Catering trays for offices, schools and family ofrendas will be available in October. Pre-orders open closer to the date — call Anel to be added to the list.
